Pacific Plaza is Downtown Dallas’ neighborhood lawn, offering expansive green space and a central gathering place along the Harwood Street pedestrian corridor.
Pacific Plaza transformed a former surface parking lot into a 3.74-acre neighborhood park in the heart of Downtown Dallas. Located at the center of the Harwood Street pedestrian corridor, the park helps connect destinations from Klyde Warren Park to Main Street Garden and the Dallas Farmers Market.
Designed by SWA’s Dallas office with a pavilion by HKS, the park features an expansive lawn, shaded seating, and swings that invite visitors to relax, play, and connect.
The park also incorporates the former James W. Aston Park, now known as Aston Grove. This grove of mature live oak trees provides shade and preserves an important piece of Downtown’s landscape within the larger park.
